Checking Failed or Pending Challan Payments

To check failed or pending challan transactions, follow these steps:

• Open your web browser and visit the official e-challan site: echallan.parivahan.gov.in.
• Click on "Check Online Services" on the main page.
• From the drop-down menu, select "Check Failed Transaction" or "Check Pending Transaction" as needed.

• Enter the vehicle number and fill in the Captcha Code.
• Click "Get Details" to see your failed or pending challan information.

If your e-challan payment failed, try paying again later. For pending payments, click the verify option on the page. If issues persist, email helpdesk-echallan@gov.in with a screenshot of your pending transaction.
