How To Complaint about Wrong Challan?

To complain about a wrong challan, do this:

• Visit echallan.parivahan.gov.in, in your browser.
• Click the "Complaint" option on the main menu.
• You'll be on the grievance page. Here, you can file your complaint.

Fill in the required fields marked with a red star, including your name, phone number, email, challan number, vehicle or DL number, state, city, location, issue, and a description of your issue (up to 500 characters). You can also upload an image (in jpeg, jpg, png formats).

• Enter the captcha and hit "Submit."

You'll get an e-ticket number to track your complaint. The authorities will look into your issue, which may take some time. By providing clear details and evidence, you improve the chances of resolving your complaint.
